For coaches and club managers
See the recruiting your players never talk about
Team Pass puts your whole roster on full Pro and every player’s recruiting on one screen. One subscription, up to 25 players, one year.
Up to 25 players. About $9.20 a player for the year.
You are coaching the part you cannot see
“Some.”
You emailing schools? Yeah. Which ones? Some. That is where it ends, because a teenager is not going to walk you through a recruiting board in the middle of practice.
March.
That is usually when a coach finds out one of their seniors never sent a single email, back when there was still time to do something about it.
Now you know.
Every player, every school they are talking to, what stage each one is at, and the last time they did anything about it. You open the app and it is already there.
The player who has not touched it since October is the whole point. He is not lazy and he is not quitting. He is sixteen and has no idea what to write, so he keeps not doing it. You can only help if you know, and now you know without him having to say it out loud in front of anybody.
Why this month
The contact period opens September 11
That is when coaches start travelling, and so does every other family calling them. A roster that gets organized during the window spends the window getting organized. Setting it up takes about four minutes, and it is worth doing before September 11 rather than in the middle of it.
Dates from the NCAA Division I baseball recruiting calendar.
The arithmetic
An individual annual Pro subscription is $29.99. Team Pass costs less than eight of them and covers up to twenty-five. You buy it one time. You do not collect money from 22 families, you do not chase anybody down for three dollars at a tournament, and you do not have to explain an app store subscription to a single parent.
It takes about four minutes
- Buy the pass. You do not need a team set up first. Buy it now, create the team after, and the pass activates on its own.
- Create your team. Name it whatever you call it. Valley HS Varsity, 17U Scout, it does not matter.
- Send the code. You get a six character code and a join link. Drop it in the team group chat one time.
- They are in, and they are Pro. Every player who joins gets the AI recruiting coach, drafted coach emails, the recruiting pipeline, and the calendar. Up to 25 of them.
They share the board, not the diary
Joining your team with the code is how a player says yes to sharing, and leaving the team ends it that second. You see school names and stages. You do not see drafts, and any school a player marks Declined stays private to them, because a kid deserves to get told no without his whole team watching. Parents ask about this, and that is the honest answer.
Questions
Do my players pay anything?
No. The pass is one subscription, bought by you. Players join with the code and get Pro access without paying.
Do they need to download the app?
Either way works. Baseball Bound runs in a browser at web.baseballbound.com and as an app on iPhone and Android. The same account works everywhere.
What if a player leaves the team?
Pro access travels with roster membership. A player on the team has it, and the seat frees up when they come off.
What if my roster is larger than 25?
Twenty-five is the seat limit on one pass. Email ryan@allteamz.com with your roster size.
How do I cancel?
It renews annually and you cancel it from the same account you bought it with, the same way as any other subscription.
Set your roster up before September 11
Buy it, create the team, send the code. The pass activates on its own.
